The DSPDB Voice card for the NEC XN120 provides up to 300 mailboxes for departments or individual extensions.  The DSPDB card can do a lot more than voicemail including Call Queue messaging, Multi-level Auto Attendant, Call Recording,  and Music on Hold.  OE

Field based staff or workers at home can answer calls as a member of the normal office ring group and make internal or external calls through their NEC XN120 office system from their mobile telephone or standard home phone.  SF

The NEC XN120 can be shared between multiple companies all having their own control of Day & Night service and their own individual features etc.  Companies sharing the system can even have their own Music on Hold and extension numbering.  SF

NEC XN120 - Extension Billing

The NEC XN120 can pass extension or cost centre code information to your network provider so that your phone bills can be broken down by individual extensions or departments so that costs can be monitored and passed on if you have guests using your system.  SF

NEC XN120 - PC Telephony (CTI)

Control your telephone from your PC, with a click of your mouse you can call your contacts, answer and transfer calls.  Screen Pops will show you who is calling before you answer by a lookup of your personal contacts (including MS Outlook and MS Access).  OE

NEC XN120 - Call Management

The My Calls basic call management package is free for a year.  My Calls logs all your calls and can display wallboard style graphical displays of total incoming and outgoing calls plus calls that have been abandoned.  Peak usage time can be monitored and graphed.  SF

NEC XN120 - Hot Desking

If you have staff who are frequently out of the office (such as sales personnel) but need a desk to work at when they return, hot desk phones allow them to log-in to their personal extension to retrieve voicemails plus make and answer calls for their personal DDI.  SF
