Attendant on the XN120 is now much more versatile, calls can be
routed to different messages from multiple DDIs, Auto-Attendant can
now answer more than once providing options for callers to try a
different destination, leave a message or continue to hold for an
operator. Options chosen by a caller can be identified by a
display indication or flashing lamp on phones for the department
chosen. |
