Telecom offer a range of technical support services from single
issue support to block hours for installation help or assistance with more
advanced applications such as Voicemail, Automated Attendant or
VoIP. Our services are available to the trade or end-user/system
owner and complement our onsite services for customers who have the IT
literacy to manage their own installations or who are outside our
installation coverage area. Our services are mostly offered on the
NEC XN120 Hybrid IP system, Philips Sopho IPC 100 and BT Systems (new & old) such as the
