Time Related Charges (TRC) for

Pay As You Go (PAYG) service.

Time Related Charges (TRC) are applied by ToneTel telecom to our Pay As You Go (PAYG) service.

Time related charges consist of the following:

Initial Visit Charge - a higher charge which includes the 1st hour onsite.
Additional Hours Charge - a lower charge for any subsequent hours (or part hours).

Our time related charges are amongst the lowest in the industry for our local Surrey-based customers, visit charges normally start at Ł75.00 + vat (and even this is sometimes discounted for maintained customers), with additional hours charged from Ł35.00 ph + vat.

Customer with longer travelling times or locations which incur higher parking and toll costs etc (example: London) will normally pay a higher visit charge or pre-defined block rate. We also offer pre-booked 1/2 and full day rate charges at a discount against time related charges to cover jobs requiring more engineering time onsite.
