We offer an annual 'parts & labour' maintenance contract for added peace of mind or 'pay as you go' support services with no upfront charges.

Remote System Support

Over 75% of our new phone system installations are connected for remote access programming over IP.

Remote connected customers benefit from a quicker and lower cost telecom support service for moves/changes. 

We can also extend our remote programming and technical support on a PAYG basis for customers without support from their original supplier.

Pay As You Go Service

This service is available for existing ToneTel telecom customers and businesses who cannot get support from their original supplier for maintenance issues, upgrades and routine moves/changes.

PAYG service is subject to availability of engineers and maintenance response time is on a best-effort basis with existing customers receiving priority.  Charges are normally time-related and the minimum charge is dependant on your location.
