Setting the Date and Time
The time and date will be shown on the display of
a KX-T7730 keyphone and needs to be accurate if automatic day/night service
mode is enabled.
To set Time:
- From Extension 21 only, pick-up handset and
Dial 77
- Enter Hour [01-12]
- Enter Minutes [00-59]
- Enter 0 for AM or 1 for PM
(Example: for 3.25 PM - enter 03 25 1)
- Dial # and hang-up
To set Date:
- From Extension 21 only, pick-up handset and
Dial 76
- Enter Year [2 digits]
- Enter Month [01-12]
- Enter Day [01-31]
- Enter Day of Week [1-7] Sun=1, Mon=2,
Tue=3, Wed=4, Thur=5, Fri=6, Sat=7 (Example for Thursday 01st
December 2004 - enter 04 12 01 5
- Dial # and hang-up

Set Divert: Lift handset and Dial 7

Reset Extension
The Reset feature will cancel the following

The Paging feature allows you to make a voice
announcement through the speakers of all Panasonic system keyphones, any
extension can answer a page and connect to the originating extension.
Page all Keyphones: Lift handset and Dial 33

Paging Answer: Lift handset and Dial 43
- (wait for tone) - (connected)
