its starting size of 3 lines and 8 extension telephones the XN120
is a great starter system that will stay with you as your business grows to
nearly 100 extensions.
The system can be connected to standard Analogue PSTN lines or Digital
ISDN2e channels and is the only SME phone system capable of connection to the
new Voice over IP SIP trunk network.
Cordless,
standard telephones or the XN120
featurephones can be used on the system and most standard telephones will
support voicemail message waiting and caller display with the XN120

Option
– Voicemail is available for the XN120
as an economical Lite Version with 1-hour of storage time or the Full
Version with 15-hours of storage.
The
Voicemail facility opens up a host of features including up to 300
mailboxes, personal voicemail, department or group voicemail,
automated-attendant and conversation recording.

port, a single cabinet can be expanded to 24 extensions
and 9 lines, with additional

XN120 system with full support for Voicemail, Automated
Attendant, Queue Messaging, Conversation Recording and
full routing solutions for Voice over IP and mobile

allow you to network your sites and carry long distance

rentals when compared to traditional PSTN & ISDN

your other most important productivity aid - Your PC.
Using Microsoft TAPI you can easily connect your phone
to your MS Outlook Contact Manager application (and many
other databases) allowing

complete with user messaging & co-worker status.
The application can also be used as an operator console
with full extension visibility for transferring &
connecting calls.

for 1-year with every system and provides system
administrators and supervisors with a realtime graphical
summary of calls with indications of abandoned calls, call
records & volume for up to 24 users. My Calls

reporting schedules & accounting package to allow for
billing by department, client or extension.
