Voicemail Option – Voicemail is available for the XN120 as an economical Lite Version with 1-hour of storage time or the Full Version with 15-hours of storage.   The Voicemail facility opens up a host of features including up to 300 mailboxes, personal voicemail, department or group voicemail, automated-attendant and conversation recording.

The XN120's compact CCU (pictured left) comes complete with 3 lines and 8 extensions & an external Music on Hold port, a single cabinet can be expanded to 24 extensions and 9 lines, with additional expansion possiblities when using ISDN lines or IP Telephony.  Up to 3 cabinets can be grouped per XN120 system with full support for Voicemail, Automated Attendant, Queue Messaging, Conversation Recording and full routing solutions for Voice over IP and mobile gateways.  XN120 is suitable for various installations including homes, call-centres, shared & serviced offices, recruitment companies & a Free Hotel application is available.

The XN120 offers superb VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) support for remote (teleworker) extensions with support for IP (SIP) telephones including hold/transfer.  Converged voice/data networks are here today, connect phones directly to your data network.  SIP trunks allow you to network your sites and carry long distance phone calls economically with major savings on line rentals when compared to traditional PSTN & ISDN lines.

XN120 integrates with your other most important productivity aid - Your PC.  Using Microsoft TAPI you can easily connect your phone to your MS Outlook Contact Manager application (and many other databases) allowing point and click dialling and be able to pop up your callers contact details before you answer the call, complete with user messaging & co-worker status.  The application can also be used as an operator console with full extension visibility for transferring & connecting calls.

My Calls Basic comes free for 1-year with every system and provides system administrators and supervisors with a realtime graphical summary of calls with indications of abandoned calls, call records & volume for up to 24 users.  My Calls Pro is a full call logging & management application for unlimited users with all of the above plus full reporting schedules & accounting package to allow for billing by department, client or extension.
