cost calls – what you need to know

Many
companies offer low cost phone calls but
ToneTel
telecom
like to do it ethically without hidden
clauses and penalties, we have listed a
few facts about the low cost calls
services we can arrange below:

There
is no minimum call charge (watch
out for this hidden extra as it can
make a low pence per minute call
charge on short phone calls rather
more expensive).

There
is no call set-up charge (many
companies including BT have a call
set-up charge which again adds a
fixed fee to the cost of all phone
calls – which especially affects
the price of short 1-3 minute phone
calls).

No
business plans with penalty charge
(business plans can offer some great
capped rates on longer phone calls,
the problem is that if you do not
make enough phone calls you will
have to pay a penalty charge,
additionally it is a fact that the
average phone calls is below
5-minutes and business plan deals
are always more expensive for
shorter calls).
