Extension billing is a very useful
but little known application when you need to understand your call cost expenditure better, identify misuse or if you need to bill other companies or guest users who are using your
extension telephones.
Call costs
on your monthly phone bill can be broken down into individual extension users or departments (cost centre codes). If you are sharing your phone system, extension billing is ideal as users can be billed individually or by company.

The service is normally free but is dependant
on a compatible phone system and network
provider who can support the service.
