on your phone system, but don't currently have a maintenance contract, ToneTel
Telecom can provide you with onsite engineering assistance for a fixed hourly
rate (subject to location).
Our PAYG (Pay As You Go) maintenance support
services are available without the need to purchase an annual maintenance

Express Engineering Visit
| If you have an critical fault on your telephone
system that urgently needs an engineer visit, but don't currently have a
maintenance contract, ToneTel Telecom can - when resource is available
provide you with an Express Engineering visit to resolve a fault. |
| We will try to get an
engineer out to you at the earliest opportunity and may be able to offer
engineer attendance out of working hours for a premium payment.

and leave a callback message if the office is unattended and your call is
answered by our auto-attendant). |
| Your message will be
automatically forwarded to an engineer (including calls left out of
working hours and at weekends), if we have the resources to help, we will
call and discuss the problem with you to decide if any replacement parts may be
needed, confirm a visit time with you and you will be advised of charge rates in advance. Please note for Express visits, payment is
normally required to be made to the engineer on the day by cash/cheque,
unless in exceptional circumstances agreement is made in advance to send
an invoice. |
