Service
– We actually answer when our
customers email us and whether by phone or face to face
- we always provide straightforward advice.
We
do not send our calls to overseas call
centres, as we do not believe that a customer
enquiry can be handled effectively that way,
especially if it is of a technical nature.
No
Hard Sell
– We speak to customers every week
who have telephone system salespeople in their
office pushing hard for a sale and warning
them about their current equipment.
The bottom line is most salespeople
(even when described as consultants) are not
qualified to advise you on your current
equipment, only a qualified tech can. If you
do not need a new phone system, we will not
try to persuade you that you do - but when you
do need one we will recommend the right
equipment to meet your needs and budget rather
than one that is on a current sales push.
Getting
it Right First Time
– Many companies like to talk about their
planning, consultancy and project management
process, but there is no link between the
sales solution sold and the engineers who have
to implement it on the day, so problems with
the solution are identified too late.
Even our smallest systems are planned in
advance by the installers.
We
survey our customers thoroughly so that we
know exactly what we need to do and as a small
company we know all our customers and the
exact solutions to be tailored for them, this
is backed up by our In-House Test Bench so
advanced solutions can be checked before
installation.
Aftercare
& Maintenance
– Too many times we have seen
customers left in the lurch after installation
by companies who refuse to provide any help or
engineering support unless an annual
maintenance contract is purchased in advance
(i.e. BT).
Whilst
we can provide a full maintenance service with
parts/labour warranty, we always support our
customers after installation and also provide
a Pay As You Go service, which is ideal for
the small business who do not often need an
engineer to visit.
