Call Logging software is used to report on telephone call activity within the office.
Incoming and outgoing call reports, automatic report scheduling to email, printer or file, real-time activity screens, for any business plus specialist functions for hotels, motels, legal and accounting, schools, and serviced offices.

ToneTel Telecom recommend, support and use PABXSoft call management software because of its user friendliness and quick access to call information without the need for hours of training and a big manual.

PABXSoft is available in different versions (Basic, Advanced & Premium) and includes:

Real time traffic screens
Up to 1000 extensions/trunks
Fraud alerts
Hotel integration
User editable call costs
Pre-defined reports including 'most expensive calls' and 'frequent callers'.
