ToneTel Telecom (Surrey Phones) - Call Logging & Management

Call Logging software is used to report on telephone call activity within the office.
Incoming and outgoing call reports, automatic report scheduling to email, printer or file, real-time activity screens, for any business plus specialist functions for hotels, motels, legal and accounting, schools, and serviced offices.

ToneTel Telecom recommend, support and use PABXSoft call management software because of its user friendliness and quick access to call information without the need for hours of training and a big manual.
PABXSoft is available in different versions (Basic, Advanced & Premium) and includes:
  • Real time traffic screens
  • Up to 1000 extensions/trunks
  • Fraud alerts
  • Hotel integration
  • User editable call costs
  • Pre-defined reports including 'most expensive calls' and 'frequent callers'.
  • + many other reporting features
ToneTel Telecom successfully implement PABXSoft call management software with the NEC XN120 telephone system but it can be used with many other telephone systems.
